To determine the possible usage of the product "Rubin-1M" to work as an level emergency alarm for tanks РВСПА-50000 at facilities of PC "Transneft" acceptance tests were carried out in 2008 at CC "Northwestern pipelines"("Kaleykino").
One of the questions was to determine the reliable operation of ultrasonic sensors on polymer coating tanks. The presence pontoons inside the tank made it impossible to use ultrasonic devices as bite type as a classical one ("daylight").
During the tests all the issues have been successfully resolved. The detector showed itself as a simple and reliable instrument.
