Tree-operational r line of zinc plating of large capacity which works in fully automatic mode was mounted and put into operation at Public Corporation "MMK-Metiz" (Magnitogorsk). The design of automatic control system, control algorithms and commissioning work were executed by our company.
12.07.2017 Committee meeting of the Grant Committee of the SKOLKOVO Foundation had place, on which a decision to allocate the grant to Research Centre Technoautomat for developing a system for constant monitoring the level of liquid in closed pipeline based on the measurement of the energy of the Lamb waves.
On February 14 our company participated in the exhibition of the projects for the meeting of the Presidium of the Council under RF President on economy modernization and innovative development held in SKOLKOVO. The Fund SKOLKOVO was presented 15 innovative projects, including our "The system for monitoring and diagnostics of pipelines based on measurements of lamb waves"
Tests of a prototype of the gauge of oil in a pipeline on the basis of the registrar "Rubin-1M" successfully were probed at objects of PJSC "Transneft". The device confirmed the claimed accuracy, confidently recorded the passage of a cleaning unit and determined the presence of "gas bubbles".
October 4-7 a meeting on mattres of technological development of JSC "Gazprom" was held in St. Petersburg. On 6 October the General Director of the "RPE - Technoautomat" Kachanov O. M. has acted with the report "A self-contained power supply for the crane site of a pipeline. Selection criteria for basic requirements, experience of design and application to the objects of Rosneft and FEGC. The presentation of an energy module based on the MTI of the closed cycle, was developed by "RPE - Technoautomat"
April 21, a team of experts of the nuclear technologies Cluster of SKOLKOVO innovation center (Alexander Fertman, Director on science and Vladimir Turtikov, Project Manager) visited the company "Research-and-Production Enterprise - Technoautomat" (Engels city). Experts from SKOLKOVO came to get acquainted with a new project, which is a logical continuation of the successfully completed project with the support of SKOLKOVO as other developments of Technoautomat.
The experience accumulated by our team of developers allowed to begin work on the development of devices for diagnosing and evaluating the effectiveness of treatment of human skin disease. So under the guidance of prof., MD. Bakutkin V.V. a hardware-software complex PANOPTICUS. was created and passed preclinical tests. The complex was highly appreciated by well-known medical experts and participants of the development engineers Kurenkov brothers were encouraged by the award and diplomas of the Entrepreneurship Support Fund. Currently, the complex is being prepared for clinical trials, which we plan to complete this year.
The exhibition «Sensor + Test 2015", at which the level detector "Rubin-1M" in export execution will be demonstrated, openes on May 19-21 in Nuremberg, Germany. The possibilities of technology TechnoLambTM, based on the measurement of the Lamb waves energy and examples of solving technological problems on its base will be presenred. For the convenience of work with European partners we established a wholly owned subsidiary TECHNOAUTOMAT Oy in Helsinki, representatives of which will give detailed information on the application and delivery of our devices in Europe.. Research & Development Center Tehnoautomat continues to work on improving the measurement method which being implemented in the device "Rubin-1M". This measurement technology under the name "Rubin" can be applied for solving various technological problems with creation of a whole class of devices of level control. This approach and the possibility of the company were presented at the International Exhibition "Non-Destructive Testing and Technical Diagnostics in Industry" which took place on 17-19 February 20015 in Crocus Expo, Moscow.
On 17-18 November our company took part at the international forum of innovation SLUSH-2014 in Helsinki (Finland). The forum had brought together more than 14,000 participants from 82 countries. Device "Rubin-1M" presented as a part of the exposition of the Fund "Skolkovo" aroused great interest among the participants. New areas of use of the instrument were outlined.
