In 2010-2011 pilot tests the level detector "Rubin-1M" were implemented at production sites of the Gas Production Administration (GPA) of the LLC "Gazprom Production Orenburg".
Tests on level control of the liquid fraction were carried out on devices of oil and gas-condensate separators.
On one of the vertical separators work of the internal mechanisms (rotating blades fending water) leads to increased the level of vibrations (vibration) in the vessel wall, which is superimposed on the spectrum of the working range of the signal of the "Rubin-1M".
This situation gave rise to the development of additional software filters that allow usage the level detector in harsh environments.
Devices showed high stability and reliability. Positive conclusion on the inclusion the devices in the projects on modernization of technical re-equipment of existing GPA facilities was obtained.
